Sr Frontend Engineer - ReactJS

Seeking for a Sr Frontend Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our frontend applications. Using React, Next.js, and modern technologies, you will create responsive user interfaces, provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative, scalable solutions within an agile environment.

• Develop and optimize frontend applications using our MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) with Next.js 
• Create intuitive, fast, and efficient interfaces for clients and end-users, minimizing friction in the payment process 
• Collaborate on new feature development within our existing infrastructure 
• Contribute to prompt engineering for our AI components (optional) 
• Implement and improve interfaces for managing AI interactions

• Proven experience with React, Next.js, and the MERN stack 
• Strong UI/UX design skills focused on creating intuitive, fast user experiences 
• Experience with payment gateway integrations 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
• Experience in fintech or collections industry 
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, particularly in natural language processing 
• Knowledge of or experience in ASEAN markets 
• Proficiency in Bahasa (helpful but not required)
