You’ll handle all core human resources functions and be a guardian of our employer brand. Strategic HR Planning:
● Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
● Develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve business objectives.
 

Employee Relations:
● Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
● Address employee concerns and guide on HR-related matters.
● Conduct investigations into employee complaints and take appropriate action.
 

Performance Management & Training and Development:
● Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
● Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing performance issues.
● Facilitate the development of employee performance improvement plans.
● Identify training needs and coordinate the development of training programs.
● Support the implementation of employee development initiatives.
● Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
 

HR Policy Development and Compliance:
● Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
● Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
● Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and update policies accordingly.
 

Compensation and Benefits:
● Manage the administration of employee benefits programs.
● Conduct salary surveys and analyze market trends to ensure competitive compensation.
● Recommend changes to compensation and benefits policies as needed.
 

HR Analytics and Reporting & Benefits:
● Utilise HR data to generate reports and insights for management decision-making.
● Implement and maintain HR information systems to streamline processes.
