We are seeking an experienced HR Test professional with a minimum of 3-7 years of experience to join our team. This position is based in Kuala Lumpur and requires the candidate to work on-site.
1. Develop, implement and oversee testing procedures for HR systems and processes.
2. Identify and report bugs, issues, and areas for improvement in HR software.
3. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
4. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
5. Provide training and support to HR staff on system usage and best practices.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology.
7. Assist in the implementation of new HR software and tools.
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience in HR testing, software implementation, or related role.
3. Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
6. Certification in HR technology or software testing is a plus.
