Key Areas of Responsibility:

  1. Execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
  2. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies.
  3. Manage and grow social media platforms.
  4. Prepare analytical reports on campaign performance.
  5. Collaborate with creative teams for campaign assets.

Deliverables:

  1. Weekly Google Ads performance reports.
  2. Monthly SEO audit reports.
  3. Social media engagement analyses.

Performance Metrics:

  1. Growth in web traffic and lead generation.
  2. Improvement in search engine rankings.
  3. Engagement metrics on social media platforms.

Targets:

  1. Achieve a minimum of 15% improvement in SEO rankings.
  2. Generate 20% more leads through Google Ads year-on-year.
  3. Increase social media engagement by 25% within 6 months.

Evaluation Scale:

  • Outstanding Performance: 90-100%
  • Exceeds Expectations: 75-89%
  • Meets Expectations: 60-74%
  • Needs Improvement: Below 60%

Technical Skills:

  1. Expertise in Google Ads and Analytics.
  2. Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  3. Familiarity with social media advertising platforms.
