Marketing Team Leader

Assistant Marketing Manager supports the Head of Marketing and Digital Marketing in managing day-to-day marketing activities and overseeing team members to ensure tasks are completed as planned. This role acts as a backup for the Head of Marketing during periods of absence or leave and contributes to the execution of strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  1. Oversee and guide team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  2. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.
  3. Act as the backup for the Head of Marketing during absences or leaves, ensuring smooth continuity of operations.
  4. Monitor the progress of marketing projects and provide updates to the Head of Marketing.
  5. Support the analysis of campaign performance and suggest improvements for optimization.

Deliverables:

  1. Weekly task completion reports for the team.
  2. Updates on campaign progress and results.
  3. Smooth transition and operation during Head of Marketing’s absence.

Performance Metrics:

  1. On-time completion of team tasks.
  2. Successful execution of campaigns as per the plan.
  3. Team performance and productivity during the absence of the Head of Marketing.

Targets:

  1. Ensure 100% adherence to deadlines for assigned tasks.
  2. Achieve consistent campaign results aligned with business goals.
  3. Maintain team efficiency and morale during leadership transitions.

 

Evaluation Scale:

  • Outstanding Performance: 90-100%
  • Exceeds Expectations: 75-89%
  • Meets Expectations: 60-74%
  • Needs Improvement: Below 60%

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, including team management.
  2. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to multitask and handle dynamic responsibilities.
