Senior Cloud Solutions Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Solution Architect to join our dynamic team on a 2 year contract with options to extend. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing technologies and will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop cloud strategies that align with business goals.
Key Responsibility:
Design, deploy, and manage cloud architecture solutions that meet the organizational needs.
Analyse and recommend the best cloud services to meet specific business needs (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Collaborate with development teams to ensure cloud solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
Assess current IT systems and infrastructure and create a cloud adoption roadmap.
Provide technical leadership and support to the development team through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Create and maintain documentation related to cloud architecture, processes, and technology standards.
Ensure the cloud solutions comply with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Perform regular reviews and optimizations of cloud infrastructure to improve performance and reduce costs.
Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization's cloud strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Has advance Cloud technology knowledge in setting up a new Cloud environment within a Data Center.
Proven experience as a Cloud Solution Architect or similar role in cloud computing.
Extensive knowledge of cloud architecture, deployment, and management.
Strong understanding of cloud service models, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
Familiarity with various cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their corresponding services.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or .NET.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex systems and provide innovative solutions.
