Consulting Sales Engineer

We are seeking passionate and driven candidates for the role of Consulting Sales Engineer. This position will involve promoting and offering consultancy services related to Keyence products in quality assurance, quality control, and production engineering across various manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, managing the full sales cycle while working from our Bayan Lepas office in Penang, Malaysia.

Promote and offer consultancy services related to Keyence products.
Manage the complete sales cycle from discovery to closure.
Conduct phone promotions to qualify potential customers before appointments.
Visit potential customers and perform product demonstrations directly to end-users.
Engage with customers to understand their operations, conducting application tests to demonstrate product effectiveness.
Oversee specific product-line sales within assigned territories.
Review and analyze sales performance with the aim of meeting or exceeding targets.
Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field, preferably engineering.
Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Candidates must have their own vehicle.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior work experience is required.
Availability to start work in June 2025.
Must be able to work physically in the Bayan Lepas office.
Candidates under the age of 27 or with no more than 2 years of work experience are preferred.
Chinese candidates preferred for this role, with a preference for male candidates due to the need to carry heavy equipment.
