Network Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our Enterprise Network team. The ideal candidate will provide operational and technical support with a focus on improving our current infrastructure, including WAN & LAN networks. This role involves collaboration with the Network Manager to execute strategic plans effectively.

Partake in the Enterprise Network team's efforts to execute operational and technical support plans.
Enhance and improve the current infrastructure under the guidance of the Network Manager.
Utilize F5 Load Balancer technology to support WAN and LAN infrastructures.
Act as Level 2 (L2) support for network-related issues and requests.
Ensure compliance with established KPIs.
Deploy new connectivity requests as required.
Perform network performance improvements.
Plan, manage, and execute hardware and software lifecycle management.
Create and maintain technical documents for deployment and operations.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer System & Network.
CCNA Certification (mandatory).
CCNP Certification (preferred).
ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
F5 Certification (preferred).
Checkpoint Certification (a plus).
2-4 years of experience in network operations and deployment in a medium to large-scale environment.
