As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. This strategic partner will be responsible for stakeholder management, handling employee relations issues, overseeing organizational changes, and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives, while ensuring compliant HR operations and effectively managing the employee lifecycle.

. Stakeholder management Engaging and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders 2. Managing disputes Handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts effectively 3. Structural changes Overseeing organizational transitions, WD Changes, Announcement, including workforce planning and structural adjustments 4. Talent acquisition Involve Recruitment process management for (C4 above role) 5. T&OD #OWNIT program, Enterprise Programs, Talent Review, Succession planning - Identifying and developing future leaders within the organization 6. Diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives Driving programs that promote an inclusive work environment

Payroll management Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, including tax and statutory compliance. 2. Benefits administration Managing employee benefits programs and addressing related inquiries to GHS, TL, TPD, Outpatient etc 3. Compliance and reporting Ensuring HR policies meet legal and company standards, managing audits and documentation 4. HRIS System Management Overseeing tools like the Workday, Ignite, Citibank portal and ensuring system accuracy and usability 5. Employee lifecycle management From onboarding to offboarding, including transfers, promotions, and terminations
