Ecolab is seeking a Strategic Program Lead to join our high-performing Procurement team in the Asia-Pacific region. This role will oversee and lead major strategic programs related to procurement, ensuring alignment with both global and regional objectives while delivering tangible results across various initiatives.

Lead and deliver procurement strategic programs across Asia-Pacific, ensuring alignment with global and regional priorities.
Drive effective execution of initiatives such as cost savings, sourcing optimization, supply resilience, and working capital improvement.
Monitor project performance, ensuring timely delivery of milestones through structured tracking and governance processes.
Challenge existing ways of working and promote innovation and process improvement.
Proactively engage with stakeholders to ensure commitments are met, identifying roadblocks or delays early.
Ask critical questions to understand root causes and drive resolution—especially in areas with delayed approvals or decisions.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, utilizing the right questions at the right time to drive outcomes.
Provide regular reporting, insights, and escalation to leadership.
Champion cross-functional collaboration across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Program Management roles.
Strong background in managing complex, cross-functional strategic projects.
Excellent project management skills—highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured in planning and execution.
Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership.
Bold and persistent—capable of challenging the status quo, asking tough questions, and maintaining momentum.
Results-oriented mindset—driven to deliver tangible outcomes and value.
Excellent communication skills—ability to simplify complexity and drive clarity.
Resilient and adaptable—thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with Procurement metrics and best practices, including savings tracking, sourcing strategies, and risk management.
