Marcom Manager

Lead the management of Coherent's global social media channels, developing strategies to increase engagement and grow audience reach. Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content for various digital platforms, including blogs, white papers, and case studies.

•    Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team in Penang, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
•    Monitor and report on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for content and campaigns.
•    Lead the management of Coherent's global social media channels, developing strategies to increase engagement and grow audience reach.
•    Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content for various digital platforms, including blogs, white papers, and case studies.
•    Collaborate with branding teams to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and digital assets.
•    Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and maintain a strong, cohesive brand presence across all channels.
 

•    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
•    10+ years of experience in marketing communications, social media management, and campaign analytics.
•    Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
•    Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
•    Strong leadership and team management abilities.
•    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
•    Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
