Telemarketer

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and generating leads to support our sales efforts. The Telemarketer will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer engagement and contributing to our overall business growth.

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services.
2. Identify customer needs and tailor pitches to address those needs effectively.
3. Maintain and update customer database with accurate contact details and interaction records.
4. Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets as specified by management.
5. Schedule appointments for sales representatives and follow up on leads.
6. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any inquiries or concerns promptly.
7. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.
8. Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends to provide valuable insights to customers.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus.
2. Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
3. Strong verbal communication skills and a persuasive personality.
4. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
5. Proficient in using telecommunication systems and CRM software.
6. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
