In this role you will...

• Initiate contact with tenants regarding overdue payments through various channels, providing assistance and creating suitable payment arrangements.
• Maintain detailed records of all tenant communications, payment statuses, and collection efforts in our system.
• Assist in reconciling tenant accounts and collaborate with finance teams to resolve payment allocation issues.
• Prepare collection reports and escalate unresolved issues to senior management.

You're A Great Fit If You Have

• Diploma in Tenancy Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (Degree preferred).
• Fresh graduates welcome! Customer service, administrative, or data entry experience is beneficial.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Empathy and patience in difficult situations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
