The Data Center Support Service Engineer is a crucial role within the Engineering and Supply Chain Department, focused on delivering comprehensive support throughout the entire lifecycle of data center operations. This includes architecture planning, operational maintenance, fault response, and reliability enhancement, all aimed at ensuring high service quality and compliance while facilitating customer business continuity.
Full-Lifecycle Service Coverage:
Support the entire "planning – deployment – operation – optimization" process.
Engage in pre-sales planning and consulting to align services with business needs.
Facilitate seamless integration during in-sales deployment and delivery.
Provide rapid after-sales support, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and spare parts availability.
Long-Term Optimization & Upgrades:
Adapt services in alignment with evolving business growth and customer requirements.
Collaborate with the Failure Analysis team to analyze and resolve hardware and system compatibility issues.
Incorporate insights into product iteration to enhance service optimization.
Digital Service Platform:
Offer real-time service process visualization and service request tracking for customers.
Utilize remote diagnostic tools to expedite fault resolution, minimizing onsite interventions.
Generate automated Operation and Maintenance Reports for service traceability and optimization.
Customized & Scalable Solutions:
Provide dedicated teams for large-scale customers, integrating on-site engineers with management tools for efficient monitoring.
Ensure scalability and stability across large clusters.
Compliance & Security:
Maintain strict adherence to ISO 27001, ITIL standards, and other related compliance requirements.
Protect data confidentiality through encrypted transmission and signed agreements.
Generate compliance reports post-service completion to satisfy audit necessities.
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years in data center operation and maintenance; relevant certifications are preferred.
Skills & Competencies: Strong troubleshooting abilities related to hardware and system-level issues; familiarity with software diagnostic tools and remote fault management; knowledge of compliance frameworks and data security practices.
