Ensure the delivery of Talent Acquisition services & metrics to meet hiring strategy.
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy
* Ensure the delivery of Talent Acquisition services & metrics to meet hiring strategy.
* Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract quality talent in a timely and cost-effective manner in meeting the hiring goals.
* Build and maintain strong relationship with hiring managers to deeply understand workforce needs, manpower requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and interview evaluation criteria.
* Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber candidates.
* Partner with Corporate Culture and C&B teams to propose competitive, market-aligned offers following HR policies and procedures.
* Forecast hiring demands and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
* Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring progress reports to stakeholders
* Provide expert talent advisory to the business, offering insights and recommendations.
2. Full-cycle Recruitment
* Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process for all level openings for both technical & non-technical and critical hirings & provide regular recruitment updates and tracking reports to stakeholders.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
* Sourcing candidates through online platforms, career fairs, university engagements, networking, internal referrals, and professional networks.
* Screening CVs, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers for technical assessments and final interviews.
* Issuing offer letters and managing onboarding documentation.
* Coordinate and facilitate hiring decisions with stakeholders.
3. Employer Branding & Candidate Pipeline Management & Experience
* Initiate and coordinate employer branding campaigns through social media, website updates, student programs, and partnerships with institutions of higher learning.
* Represent the company at career fairs, industry expos, and internship briefings.
* Enhance the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
* Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
* Engage passive talent and conduct outreach campaigns.
4. Process Improvement & Compliance
* Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Ensure compliance with RBA, labor laws and internal hiring policies.
* Maintain accurate candidate and hiring records and database in system record.
5. Data -Driven Recruitment
* Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
* Use data to optimize hiring processes and improve efficiency.
* Prepare and analyze reports on recruitment activities.
- Submit monthly hiring reports to Management Team.
6. Employee Experience & Engagement
- Act as a liaison between employees and HR to ensure effective communication and prompt resolution of HR-related queries and issues.
- Support employee engagement initiatives including surveys, team-building activities, wellness programs, and celebration events.
- Work with managers to build a supportive work culture and encourage two-way communication.
- Contribute to shaping a positive onboarding and integration experience for new employees and interns.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with working experience in staff recruitment, and talent acquisition are highly welcome.
- Exercise responsible and professional behavior at all times and positively represent the Company.
- Be adaptable and take on additional duties or tasks as needed, including temporarily supporting other areas in the department to meet team requirements.
- Focuses on critical hiring/recruitment and meets the deadline set up.
- Good understanding of the hiring process, key recruiting metrics, and how to drive them to deliver successful outcomes.
- High energy, well organized, discrete, professional, and able to deal with complex employee retention issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be results-oriented and a self-starter.
- Highly effective judgment and interpersonal skills; and the ability to interface with all levels across the entire organization.
- Candidates should be empathetic and relationship-focused, with a sociable and trustworthy personality, and open to connecting with others.
