Sr Marketing Executive

Retrobee Design & Build Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a creative and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive with a strong strategic mindset and hands-on digital skills. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of marketing experience, excellent communication abilities in both Mandarin and English, and the competence to manage multiple brands across various platforms. This role encompasses branding, campaign execution, social media management, content creation, and market research. Candidates must be self-motivated, organized, and open to occasional travel and future office relocation.
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning and business goals.
Enhance brand consistency and visibility across all channels and customer touchpoints.
Plan and implement both digital and offline campaigns to drive high-quality B2B leads.
Collaborate with the business development team to convert leads into revenue-generating projects.
Manage website content, SEO, and online ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
Oversee daily content creation and scheduling across platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok.
Produce impactful brochures, tender submissions, proposal decks, and case studies.
Coordinate photography/videography to showcase completed projects across media.
Plan and execute events, exhibitions, press features, and partnership campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
Monitor industry trends, client preferences, and competitor activity.
Provide actionable insights to improve marketing performance and positioning.
Develop systems for client feedback collection and testimonial usage.
Drive repeat business through loyalty, referral, and seasonal marketing campaigns.
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to multiple industries.
Proven experience managing multiple brands or business units concurrently.
Strong strategic thinking, a creative mindset, and hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
Self-driven, well-organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
Strong visual communication sense with good copywriting skills.
