Facilities Management Exec

The Executive in Facilities Management will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all investment properties under Cyberview Sdn Bhd. This role encompasses ensuring that facilities operate efficiently, with a focus on mechanical and civil engineering principles. The position requires expertise in managing financial allocations, coordinating preventive maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations related to facilities management.

Involve in day-to-day operation of building maintenance for all investment properties of Cyberview.
Prepare Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities and monitor execution by service providers across all properties.
Plan, execute, and monitor completion of any required upgrading or corrective maintenance work related to mechanical and civil engineering.
Monitor performance of appointed service providers for facilities management services, ensuring deliverables and contract compliance.
Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations of facilities management across all investment properties.
Maintain building health at optimum condition to minimize disruptions to occupants.
Verify all PPM and corrective maintenance works executed by the service provider, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
Conduct building defect analysis, identify root causes, and engage in remedial work including costing of materials and services.

Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil) from any approved university or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in construction (building/infrastructure) or facilities management (building maintenance works).
