Retail Executive

The Executive Chief Operating Officer will develop, plan, implement, and manage overall events, programs, and activities, particularly at RekaScape. This includes the management of the Cyberjaya Farmers Market, event space rental, and client setup coordination, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and local market demands.

Implement, manage, and track initiatives and projects based on retail demands and needs in RekaScape and Cyberjaya.
Manage and execute the implementation of RekaScape programs and events aligned with government aspirations and company objectives, particularly the Cyberjaya Farmers Market.
Identify, establish relationships, and facilitate collaborations with industry partners, including MNCs, GLCs, LLCs, government agencies, and associations for innovation and industry development programs.
Conduct market and industry research, perform requirements analysis, and recommend innovation projects/business cases targeting youths, startups, and SMEs in RekaScape and Cyberjaya.
Plan, coordinate, facilitate, implement, and track programs and events that promote RekaScape vibrancy and entrepreneurship.
Prepare monthly reports on programs and initiatives, budget utilization, and any other required reporting for the division.
Adhere to and fully comply with the Anti-bribery policy and management system.
Undertake additional assignments as instructed by the company.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in the retail industry, including organizing events and programs.
