The Senior Technical Engineer will facilitate project execution by supporting the Project Manager in ensuring that all project activities align with established schedules, budgets, safety standards, client requirements, and quality expectations. This position involves active participation in site activities and collaboration with various stakeholders while maintaining operational excellence and compliance.

Track and report project status updates to direct supervisor.
Assist the Project Manager in maintaining project schedules, budgets, and specifications.
Guide engineers in developing detailed cost assessments for tenders.
Collaborate in the creation, management, and maintenance of project budgets.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and contractors with guidance from the direct supervisor.
Assist in procurement processes including RFQ, PR, PO tracking to ensure timelines are met.
Lead project teams to ensure timely material delivery.
Prepare and compile engineering trade schedules for seamless project execution.
Oversee site coordination among consultants, clients, suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
Manage daily project operations to ensure efficiency.
Communicate effectively with clients to interpret their needs.
Chair site meetings on behalf of the Project Manager, updating on project progress.
Review and guide engineering design work with all stakeholders.
Compile and review site progress reports provided by project engineers.
Oversee the development of Method Statements, RFI, Inspection Test Plans, and QA/QC documentation.
Track and maintain documentation control related to the project.
Provide problem-solving assistance and suggest improvements to the project.
Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations.
Compile handover documents post-project completion.
Oversee the invoicing process to ensure timely payments.
Maintain after-sales service to assist clients with ongoing site issues.
Facilitate communication between office and field teams.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
Valid driver's license and own transport.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
Solid understanding of construction engineering and QA/QC processes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with robust communication abilities.
Trustworthy with a strong work ethic centered on integrity and respect.
Ability to work collaboratively across various levels of the organization.
