We are seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. This role involves ensuring that control items in the Process Control Plan (PCP) are fully implemented in daily operations, while also focusing on process stability, capacity, and quality improvement.

Identify, diagnose, and resolve manufacturing process-related issues to ensure smooth productivity.
Coordinate and execute process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization initiatives and implement changes in the process area.
Lead and participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities, following up related to KPIs.
Participate in setting up processes to meet Critical to Quality Requirements, Cpk, Yield, and Quality targets.
Learn and apply problem-solving techniques for Root Cause Analysis using various methodologies such as 5M + 1E, 5 Whys, DMAIC, and 8D.
Perform data analysis using statistical analysis software such as JMP or Minitab.
Initiate process Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Risk Assessment when there is a change in process parameters or customer feedback.
Establish and update engineering documentation as needed including SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), FMEA, Request for Change (OCAP), Check sheets, and Control Plans for related processes.
Report any non-conformance or customer complaint issues and develop/follow up on improvement actions.
Ensure proper setup of machine parameters for new products running in the process area and verify their performance.
Provide necessary on-the-job training and conduct training sessions for the production team (Team Leaders and Supervisors) on process amendments or improvements.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of related working experience in the semiconductor industry.
