The Assistant Manager, Marketing Head in Tenancy Management at Cyberview Sdn Bhd plays a crucial role in supporting the leasing and tenancy management teams to effectively promote office spaces, strengthen tenant relationships, and enhance brand positioning in the office market. The position is centered on marketing strategies and tenant engagement initiatives aimed at improving occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and the overall value of our real estate portfolio.

Office Market Marketing & Brand Positioning
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote available office spaces, business parks, and corporate facilities.
• Manage marketing collateral such as leasing brochures, floor plans, virtual tours, and corporate presentations tailored to office tenants (MNCs, SMEs, startups, etc.).
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website listings, property portals, LinkedIn campaigns, and targeted B2B outreach.
• Strategically plan, execute and implement marketing events to increase visibility and demand for available spaces.
• Proactively network and communicate with Real Estate agents and prospective clients to drive consistent generation of leads
• Support brand positioning for the office development, emphasizing amenities, workspace flexibility, sustainability features, and business ecosystem advantages.

Tenant Engagement & Retention
• Plan and execute tenant engagement programs (corporate networking events, wellness activities, building announcements, CSR initiatives).
• Maintain regular communication with tenants regarding building updates, facility upgrades, or community events.
• Support new tenant onboarding by providing marketing materials, welcome communications, and orientation support.
• Gather tenant feedback through surveys and building experience assessments to enhance satisfaction and reduce churn.

 

Leasing & Tenancy Support (Office-Focused)
• Assist the leasing team with targeted marketing campaigns aimed at attracting prospective office tenants from relevant industries.
• Coordinate property tours, tenant pitch decks, and customized marketing materials for potential corporate clients.
• Track and update listings on commercial property platforms and brokerage networks.
• Support lease negotiation preparation (market comparisons, competitor insights, demand trends, vacancy analysis).

 

Market Research & Office Market Analytics
• Conduct research on office market trends: vacancy rates, rental benchmarks, absorption rates, company relocation patterns, and emerging office concepts (hybrid work, flexible suites, ESG requirements).
• Prepare market intelligence reports for management to guide leasing strategy and asset positioning.
• Monitor competitive office buildings to evaluate amenities, tenant mix, rental strategies, and marketing approaches.

 

Building Experience & Community Management
• Work with building management to develop a strong workplace community, enhancing the tenant experience.
• Assist in coordinating common-area branding, business directory updates, digital signages and communication boards.
• Support initiatives that promote the building’s lifestyle amenities (F&B offerings, wellness rooms, meeting facilities, transport connectivity).

 

Administration & Internal Coordination
• Manage marketing budgets, agency/vendor coordination, and approvals related to signage, campaigns, and events.
• Maintain updated tracking of leasing pipelines, lead funnels, tenant engagement plans, and marketing analytics.
• Prepare monthly reports summarizing marketing actions, inquiry volume, conversions, and tenant satisfaction indicators.

 

ISO 37001 - Anti-Bribery Management Systems (ABMS)
• To ensure the integration of the ABMS requirements into the organisation's process
• To ensure that the ABMS is appropriately designed to achieve its objectives.
• To direct and support personnel to contribute to the effectiveness of ABMS implementation.
• To promote anti-bribery culture and continual improvement
• To adhere and fully comply with the Anti-Bribery policy and Anti-Bribery management system.

  • 2–5 years of experience in office marketing, commercial leasing support, or real estate marketing.
  • Experience working with property developers, REITs, office landlords, or commercial brokers is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business, Communications, or related field.
