Golden Fresh Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Senior Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager in the Finance - Transformation department. This role will involve assisting the Head of Finance Transformation in various critical tasks including subsidiary setup, compliance, ERP system implementation, financial reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and have experience in multinational corporate environments.

Assist the Head of Department (HOD) in coordinating with agents, representatives, and consultants to register new overseas subsidiaries.
Support applications for employer codes, employee registrations, insurance, and other statutory requirements.
Help monitor compliance with local regulations and corporate governance standards, especially during new company setup.
Provide support in the rollout of the new ERP system across all entities.
Assist the HOD in standardizing the chart of accounts, including debtor, creditor, and inventory codes.
Help ensure transparency of inventory levels across global subsidiaries.
Support training and guidance sessions for finance teams in all countries on ERP usage.
Assist the HOD in preparing consolidated financial reports for the Parent Company in Singapore.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across subsidiaries.
Support in coordinating with country finance managers to align reporting standards.
Act as a supporting liaison between the Parent Company and overseas subsidiaries under the HOD’s direction.
Collaborate with counterparts in all countries to streamline processes.
Provide administrative and project management support for both operational and non-operational initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a recognized professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, MICPA, etc.
5–6 years of relevant experience in corporate support, finance, or ERP implementation.
Strong knowledge of compliance requirements for company registration and employee-related statutory matters.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
Familiarity with Singapore GAAP and group consolidated accounts.
Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Prior experience in multinational or regional corporate environments preferred.
Willingness and ability to travel overseas will be considered an advantage.
