WFH-Mandarin/ English Interpreter (M04)

Job Summary
We are seeking for candidates to join our team on a fully work- from- home arrangement.
The successful candidates will be responsible for translating and interpreting live incoming
calls. This role requires excellent language proficiency, focus, and ability to work
night shift consistently.
Ro1. Handle inbound calls and provide accurate verbal translations between English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional manner.
3. Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
4. Document conversations and provide feedback for process improvements.
5. Adhere to the rotational shift schedule, maintaining flexibility for night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
6. Engage in continuous learning and participate in professional development training programs as needed.les and Responsibilities *
Requirements
-Strong command of the required languages ( specify languages, e.g, English- Mandarin, English – Cantonese, etc )
-Excellent listening, comprehension, and communication skills
-Ability to remain professional and calm during various call scenarios.
-Stable internet connection and conducive work - from home environment.
-Willingness and ability to work 100%-night shift.
-Prior interpreting experience is an added advantage, though not mandatory.
