District Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead field sales team for the region, formulate sales strategy for assigned territory, develop sales forecast, budget and manpower plans; supervises and trains distributors and/or sales force to achieve sales targets; pursue key prospects, negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales

Responsible for the P&L of the country

Developing sales and service personnel by managing performance, coaching and training as required to assure appropriate skills and knowledge for team

Responsible for the sales and technical service of all product offerings within the region. Sub-divides the region into sales territories, determines size of each territory, and assigns District Representatives and/or Service Representatives to effectively meet sales goals and maintain an increase business.

Writing business plan. Coordinates the execution of Sales strategies and goals. Establishes sales targets for reach district salesperson in accordance with targets. Prepare periodic reports and regularly updates database showing sales volume, potential sales and status pf active pursuits.

Identify the sales opportunities for assigned district. Monitoring the competition and reports actions and trends to management

Establishing close customer contact to determine customer needs, and position the Company to satisfy those needs. Generate high levels of continuous customer satisfaction by assuring compliance and quality in the application of the Six Service Standards.

Monitoring sales incentive payments to ensure that they are in-line with Sales Representatives' performances.
Requirements:

Min. 8-10 years direct and indirect industry-specific sales experience.

People management experience is preferred

Good knowledge of functional support processes and display exemplary sales account management skills

BA / BS in business or a science or technical specialty

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Act as consultant to customers by offering specific product/service range and/or solutions.
