Senior UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

 - Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and concept development to prototyping and user testing.

 - Define and maintain a consistent design language and UI components library.

 - Champion user-centric design principles and advocate for the importance of UX across the organisation.

 - Mentor and inspire junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and growth.

Qualifications

 - 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably for a B2C tech product.

 - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.

 - Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
