Requirements:

  • Fluent English (Speaking + Writing)
  • Fluent Mandarin (Speaking)
  • Minimum education requirement: SPM
  • Experience in customer service in a banking or financial environment would be an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
