- Contract Type: 1-year contract.
- Working Arrangement: Monday to Friday, standard office hours.
- Interview Process: 2 rounds.
- Availability: Immediate starters are preferred.
- Handle the procurement process for materials, components, or equipment, with a focus on timely and cost-effective sourcing.
- Evaluate supplier quotations and coordinate negotiations to ensure competitive pricing and service.
- Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure documentation compliance.
- Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand material requirements and inventory levels.
- Support sourcing and supplier evaluation processes as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement will be prioritized
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with equipment purchasing and basic procurement processes is advantageous.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems/tools.
