Full Stack Engineer

We're seeking a Full Stack Engineer (Frontend Strong) to architect and develop integrated frontend and backend systems that enhance user experience while ensuring system reliability and scalability. You'll drive technical solutions that reduce operational costs and enable new revenue opportunities through efficient, maintainable code and APIs.

• Architect, develop, and enhance both frontend and backend systems with a heavier emphasis on frontend development.
• Create and maintain high-performance, responsive user interfaces using React and Next.js
• Develop robust backend services and APIs using Node.js and other modern technologies
• Integrate AI components into our platform for automated debt collection communications
• Ensure seamless frontend-backend integration and efficient database operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that improve user engagement
• Contribute to system architecture decisions that support our scaling business
• Implement and maintain security best practices across the technology stack
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing with the engineering team

Required Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in software development with a strong emphasis on frontend technologies
• Expert-level knowledge of React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Proficient in backend development using Node.js, NestJs (preferred), or ExpressJs
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
• Experience implementing and optimizing RESTful APIs
• Strong knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques
• Familiarity with modern development workflows and version control

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI/ML integrations, particularly OpenAI or similar technologies
• Knowledge of payment gateway integrations
• Experience in fintech or collections industry
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API or similar messaging platforms
• Understanding of ASEAN markets
• Experience with microservices architecture
