Lead and coordinate contract-related and procurement activities by ensuring effective planning, monitoring, vendor management, governance compliance, continuous process improvement to meet organisational objectives
Lead and oversee proper execution of contract-related activities via exceptional contract management in accordance with best practices and related governance by assisting the head of department in effective planning, reviewing, monitoring, and coordinating activities of procurement engagement including but not limited to:
• Oversee entire contract lifecycles including creation, review, negotiation, implementation and management;
• Collaborate with sourcing team to identify and minimise potential legal and financial risks during sourcing stage to safeguard Company’s interest;
• Foster trust and collaboration with vendors for future business opportunities;
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations and ensuring contract and agreement are transparent and enforceable;
• Enhance overall business performance through continuous process improvement;
• Collaborate with vendor management team to conduct periodic evaluation to assess contract performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive value optimization.
