Partner Program Manager

The Partner Program Manager is responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key partners, particularly within the Nvidia ecosystem. This role ensures proper partner engagement, resource alignment, incentive tracking, training enablement, and compliance with Nvidia programs, all aimed at maximizing partner benefits and supporting business growth.
Establish and maintain a structured partner interface map to ensure clear responsibilities, escalation paths, and alignment with Nvidia and other strategic partners.
Act as the primary liaison between the company, Nvidia, and ecosystem partners.
Track and manage rebates, incentives, and certification requirements as defined by Nvidia’s partner programs.
Ensure timely submission of required documentation and compliance with program guidelines.
Coordinate partner training programs and certifications to build internal capability and meet partner status requirements.
Support internal teams with enablement resources to effectively engage in partner-driven opportunities.
Oversee Salesforce partner account and pipeline management, ensuring accurate opportunity registration, deal-win documentation, and RFQ submissions.
Coordinate approval and validation of opportunities with Nvidia.
Track and communicate partner-driven success stories, ensuring compliance with Nvidia’s decision on whether they are publishable or undisclosed.
Work with Nvidia support teams to resolve partner-related issues, technical escalations, or program clarifications.
Provide regular reports to the Strategic Office on partner status, program compliance, and growth opportunities.
Identify opportunities to expand collaboration with Nvidia and ecosystem partners.
Contribute to shaping partner strategy aligned with company growth in compute rack assembly and future compute rack design initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT/Engineering, or related field.
5 years in partner management, application engineering, channel management, or strategic alliances, preferably in technology, data center, or semiconductor industry.
Familiarity with Nvidia partner programs and/or enterprise IT ecosystem partnerships is a strong advantage.
Experience with Salesforce CRM (opportunity registration, pipeline tracking, reporting).
Knowledge of rebate and incentive tracking systems.
Understanding of partner certification and enablement programs.
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
